- Client data accessed under engagement: read-only access to systems you connect (e.g. Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Xero) for the purpose of producing your monthly reports.
- Website usage: standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, referrer) and any analytics data we choose to collect.
2. How we use information
- To deliver the monthly performance reports and other contracted services.
- To communicate with you about your account, scheduled calls, and reports.
- To improve our service quality and respond to inquiries.
- To meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
3. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Calendly: appointment scheduling.
- Google Analytics (GA4): first-party website usage measurement (no ad personalisation, no Google Signals).
- Cloudflare: website hosting.
4. Data storage and security
Client business data is accessed read-only and used only to produce your reports. We work from aggregate numbers: totals, rates, and trends, and deliverables never include your customers' personal records. Your data is never sold or shared. Reports we produce are stored securely and shared only with you.
5. Australian Privacy Principles
We aim to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Where applicable, we will notify you of any breach affecting your personal information in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
6. Data retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. Reports are retained for the duration of our engagement and a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping.

8. Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) cookies that help us understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics is configured for first-party measurement only: we do not enable Google Signals or ad personalisation. You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings or a browser extension without affecting how the site works.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email.
