Pricing

The price is on the page. So is everything it does not cover.

Every tier is month to month and none has a setup fee. Below is what lands in your inbox, what does not, and what we need from you to start.

All figures in Australian dollars. Nothing on this page needs a scoping call to find out.

The three tiers

One product, three depths of it.

First-report guarantee: if your first report does not surface a decision worth more than the price, we refund the month.

Tier 1 and Tier 2 are the two settled products, and every detail section below describes those. Tier 3 sits on top of Tier 2, and its scope is agreed with you on the call before anything is signed.

The deliverable

What is actually in the 14 pages.

The report is the same shape every month. That is the point: month six is comparable to month one, and you learn where to look. Here is the running order, and what you have read by page 4 against page 9.

The running order

  1. 01Cover
  2. 02Executive summaryThe headline move in one sentence, the month in three lines, and where the quarter lands at the current pace. If you read one page, it is this one.
  3. 03Performance scorecardEight KPIs, never more. Each carries the number, the direction, a benchmark, and one line on why it matters. The metric that moved the result is flagged.
  4. 04Money on the tableOne quantified opportunity, with the arithmetic shown row by row, what capturing it would take, and a confidence rating. By page 4 you know what the month is worth.
  5. 05–07What the data is telling us
  6. 08The anomaly flagOne thing that moved outside normal variation, what we think is behind it, and the check you can run today. If nothing qualifies that month, the page says so rather than manufacturing one.
  7. 09Next stepsThree priorities, no more. Each carries the move, the reason, the expected outcome, the tradeoff it costs you, and a date. By page 9 you know what to do and what doing it costs.
  8. 10Owner's Checklist
  9. 11What we check next month
  10. 12How we got these numbersSources, reporting and comparison windows, where the benchmarks come from, and the known limits of the data. Written so you can argue with it.
  11. 13–14Appendix

What Tier 2 adds, between the reports

Tier 1 is the report. Tier 2 is the report plus everything that keeps working after it lands.

  • A live dashboard

The same numbers as the PDF, interactive, rebuilt every Monday morning AEST, with the three priorities pinned to the top.

  • Daily anomaly checks

A check runs at 6am AEST against five triggers: a refund spike, a ROAS collapse, ad spend gone dark, a broken analytics feed, a paused email flow. If one trips you hear that morning.

  • A 10-minute walkthrough

A personal video each month, recorded after the report lands, talked through on your own dashboard.

  • Two follow-up emails a cycle

Day 14 on whether the priority actually moved. Day 25 with early reads on the month about to close.

  • Your own portal page

One private link, the same link every month. Every report, alert and walkthrough lives there. No attachments to chase.

  • WhatsApp support

For the question that does not deserve an email. Same business day is the target.

The boundaries

What the price does not cover.

Written down here so it does not have to be discovered on a call. If one of these is the thing you actually need, we are the wrong purchase, and it is cheaper for both of us to know that now.

  • 01

    We advise. You execute.

We do not run your ads, rebuild your flows, write your content or implement the recommendations. The report gives you the move and the arithmetic under it. Someone on your side does the work, and we will brief your agency or your accountant directly if that helps.

  • 02

    No outcome guarantee.

We promise the report, on the date, to the standard described on this page. We do not promise a revenue lift, a ROAS target or a growth rate, because those depend on execution we do not control. Anyone who guarantees them is guessing with your money.

  • 03

    No custom report sections.

The format is fixed, which is exactly what makes month six comparable to month one, and it is the reason the price can be fixed too. A bespoke analysis is real work and gets quoted as real work.

  • 04

    No multi-entity consolidation.

One business per subscription. Group roll-ups across several trading entities are out of scope at Tier 1 and Tier 2.

  • 05

No live calls at Tier 1.

Tier 1 is email, with a two business day response target. Tier 2 adds WhatsApp for ad-hoc questions and a recorded walkthrough each month. A scheduled live strategy call is Tier 3.

  • 06

    No real-time data feed.

The Tier 2 dashboard refreshes weekly with a daily anomaly check on top. It is built for an owner to read, not for twelve people to run their day on. If that is what you want, what you want is a BI tool build.

Anything out of scope gets quoted before it happens. It does not appear on the next invoice

How this compares to hiring, an agency, or a BI tool

Onboarding

Month one, and every month after.

Month one is the only month that asks anything of you, and most of that is granting access. After it, the rhythm runs without a re-brief.

Month one

  1. Day 0You pick a tier.Tier 1 and Tier 2 can be paid for on the spot. Tier 3 starts with a call, because that scope is agreed rather than listed. Any tier can start with a call, or an email, if you would rather talk first.
  2. Day 0Intake, about five minutes.Your business, who reports go to, which platforms you run, and the one question you want answered. Leave anything that does not apply blank. We would rather see the gap than a guess.
  3. Within 24 hoursThe access email. The exact click path for each platform you ticked, most under two minutes. Read-only every time: we can see the numbers, we cannot change anything.
  4. Day 3Access confirmed.Checked before analysis starts. If something is missing we chase it rather than quietly build a thinner report. Tier 2 and Tier 3 hold their kickoff call here.
  5. Within 14 daysYour first report. It carries a one-time data audit: what is broken in your setup, and what we worked around this month. At Tier 2 the dashboard and walkthrough go live the same day.

Every month after

  1. By the 3rdThe report lands.Next business day if the 3rd is a weekend or a Victorian public holiday.
  2. Day 14The check-in email.Did the priority actually move?
  3. OngoingNothing to re-brief.No re-scoping, no chasing exports, no renegotiation.

What we need from you

  • Read-only access to the tools you already run.

Typically your e-commerce platform or POS, your ad accounts, your email or SMS platform, GA4, and your accounting file. You do not need all of them. If a tool can export a spreadsheet, we can work with it.

  • The intake form, once.

Eight short pages, about five minutes. It is the only form you fill in.

  • One reply a month, when a number looks wrong.

You know your business better than the data does. When the report does not match what you saw on the floor, say so. That is how the read gets sharper.

What we do not need: a new tool, a migration, a data warehouse, a template from your last agency, or anyone on your team learning a dashboard.
